i would like to know that is bpo experience ever counted in the engineering field jobs??
if there is any absconding termination for not serving the notice period,what should be done in an interview session??
should this absconding termnination due to absence during notice period should be brought in to the notice of the new employer,if the previous employment is an on campus recruitment??
if not mentioned,then is there any chance that due to a verification later,the employee can be charged??

why an employer is mentioning one month’s notice from their end whereas if an employee has to give resignation, he comes under the clause of three months mentioned by employer on letter. Moon
