Dear Rattanthakur,
Please note that after filing of ECR & Approval EPF Challan is generated. With regard to your query that your Employee joined on 25/04/2024. There is no column for mentioning days worked in ECR.There is Column to mention NCP-Non Contributory Pay Days/Loss of Pay.
Please frame your question with due application of mind for reply from Members

1) Ensure either ESI or EPF. 2) EPF required to mention only NCP days (LOP) 3) ESI required to mention total payable days of the month.

Hi Sir ,
Thanks for your reply but my question was that if any employee join in the company 25th April 2024.
So for creation epf challan ecr how many days we can mention NCP days .
Because that month he has worked only 5 days . So remaining days we can consider ncp days or not .
So please suggest .

Dear member,
Please note that you have Confirmed that Employee has Joined on 25/04/2024.Consequently his Date of Joining for EPF also is 25/04/2024.There is no question of mentioning NCP from 01/04/2024 to 25/04/2024.If there is any NCP from 25/04/2024 to 30/04/2024 only that has to be mentioned. Please update yourself about ECR/Filing EPF Monthly Return.
