Hi all,
On Mar'18 ECR, we paid the challan twice due to receiving a payment confirmation message on the portal on the 13th of this month. However, the amount was not deducted from our account initially, so we generated another ECR challan and made the payment. Later, we noticed that the amount for the first challan was also deducted a few hours after the second payment.
Could you please advise on the process to recover the amount for one of the challans from the PF office?
