It depends upon the type of your establishment. If it is a shop or commercial establishment coming under the purview of the Shops and Establishment Act and has branches in other states, the branches would be covered under the respective state's S & E Act.If it is an establishment engaged in pharmaceutical industry, then your sales team would be covered by the Sales Promotion Employees ( Conditions of Service ) Act,1976 which is a Central Enactment.
