Dear Mr. Rakesh Sarvaiya,

Pshycological games often help the individual to conceptualize the determination of ones thoughts. The games mostly played for Pshycology results the

highest perceivable value, without an understanding of their own. There are many games depending on what -to- play type--

You can name the games as it goes, In the first ver played mind games; you may pair-up the individuals and give a scenario, at a later view tell them that they would be interrogated for their issue. Talk to them seperately giving the options that they can pin the crime/scene on their partner and get off completely. It depends on what they have earlier shared with each other, if both remain protected to each other they are considered loyal. If one turns out to be a bad-kitty then one is blatantly authoritative.

Other games on Real Life Scenarios like facts of life -- Have those individuals playing this may write down their best of 3-4 specifics about their lives (with their names at the top of the sheet). Many of them tend to jot exactly on what has happened; some may not or be perverse. Collect those and see the amazing things that you read.

Similiar type is what we used to play during our inductions -- Give a piece of paper to each individual & tell them if they are a Policemen or a Theif and also to keep their identity a secret even if they have to lie. The Policemen have to sought the theives & vice-versa. If wedged they are out of game. The one who survives till the end is the winner. Basically the object of this game is to understand lying, group decision making and the mob mentality.

In the same way there are many games that would help describe ones mind to leverage the different factors that influence their psyche.

Dear Rakesh,
In addition to what Shamila have shared, I suggest, role play as it helped to bridge the difference between the teams. We switched the roles for a day to resolve an inter-team conflict. This was done on a low-impact day, to avoid outages and sustain the productivity. It inculcated empathy and better understanding to the challenges faced.
Looking forward to learn from how our experts and leaders manage it in this firms.
