1)why do you want to join BOA.
BOA what is it??? guess this is the name of an Organization. Well before attending any interview you need to know something about organization where you are going for and also must have little knowledge about the industry which is extremely important for every candidate at least its a question of CAREER ...
Suppose you got a call from a recruiter or any consultant that is offering you a job, you need to inquire about the company he is talking about and obtain the information about their work and culture etc etc, this will give youa picture of a company/industry and at the time of interview this may take some thought and certainly, should be based on the research you have done on the organization. Sincerity is extremely important here and will easily be sensed. Relate it to your long term career goals and also need to ask yourself why you are going to join an Organisation..hope you'll understand what im intended to say
2)where would you see yourself 5 years from now.
See dear this is a very important and general question ...don't give specific time frames or job titles. Talk about what you enjoy, skills that are natural to you, realistic problems or opportunities you'd expect in your chosen field or industry, and what you hope to learn from those experiences. You shouldn't discuss your goals in a fields or industry unrelated to the job you're applying for. This may sound obvious, but too many candidates make this mistake, unwittingly demonstrating a real lack of interest in their current field or industry. Needless to say, such a gaffe will immediately eliminate you from further consideration.

Greetings,
I second Anil. Please share the name of the company and little background to what you are doing right now including your vision towards your future.
Let it be a completely free speech now, we can formulate it as we work along with it.
I assume BOA is Bank of America. Are you joining them in their ops team? The upside to their job offer is scalability. They have huge operations process and tremendous opportunities for growth.
I found both of your questions were correlated. Joining the company is a part of your 5 years career plan. You have a view to what the role that is being offered by the company and how it can take your learning ahead. More importantly, you need to frame, how your skills that you have built so far is custom fit to succeed at this role. This makes your further learning a natural progression.
A five year view is very wide, the question is asked to identify the sense of direction and loyalty to the firm in a candidate. So frame you replies accordingly.
It is also a broad assessment of how yourself. Please share more.

Where would you see yourself 5 years from now?
Ans: Five years down the line I would like to see my self as an important part of organization. I would like to see myself as a more knowledgeable, well talented, experienced person. An efficient employee who will be more competent in skills and whom a company would not want to loose in any circumstances.
