Individual assessment i mean is...preparing a format in which we can ask our employees some question fro eg.
1) Arethey happy with there current job profile
2)how much faith full they are to the company.indicating %
3) special achievements in current year.
4) providing rating to there colleagues. bet( 1 to 10)
And we can add more question in it...
so any body have the format..please forward it

Potential assessment results the inner instinct, talent of the employee, whereas performance speaks about the out come of employee inner quality. in a more clear sense performance denotes employee's ability to use his talent.
