My colleague is doing MBA in HR and now he is require to submit project.There is little confusion over title and guideline of projects. He has to submit synopsis and we have no idea on the same.Kindly help in this regard, if anyone is having template/guideline for project synopsis and some more projects titles related to HR.

If you dont have a title ready, you cant submit the synopsis.
Its a brief summary of your project.
Dont you have a guide for it.

Thanks... Project title is “Study of recruitment and selection process at induction level”. Actually my colleague was confused over this topic and had not much ideas over it. Since I had recently subscribed to CiteHR. So I suggested him that I will post it on website and may get some help in drafting synopsis and guideline in carrying project work. Kindly see if you have some material related to above mentioned title.

Where is your friend studying and in what mode? Has your friend not got a project supervisor in the institution? Instead of you acting as a middle person, please ask your friend to register at CiteHR to shorten the communication chain.
The title is confusing. What are the aim and objectives of the study?
