How to fill pf e-inspection notice?

Firm has filed and paid for PF nil return of 75/-

Now in the pf e-inspection, there are rows for dues, deposit and balance amounts of which on due amounts can filled. The deposit amount shows 0 but firm has already paid 75/-. So how to mention it?

What are the consequences of getting a pf e-inspection notice and what all documents should the firm be prepared with so that no harassment takes place.
