I am working in MNC in Baroda (as an Implant at the customer's plant)
I need your suggestion & Help in My salary revision matter.
My salary increment was done in April-2010 after a long period of 2 years, with rise in Basic of Rs. 836 per month. But I requested for the revision of the same & asking for the hike in the same to Our Branch Manager.
The customer has instructed to my branch manager to set my net salary at Rs.12000 with all other benefits remains same.
Today I get my revised salary statement showing CTC Comparision with Old CTC to Latest (Today's) CTC.

Can you please help me to calculate the actual revision figure & what is the actual benefit in Net salary? There are some questions in Excel sheet too if you can short out the same for me.
