Unemployment versus unemployability
I personally feel that there is no unemployment in India rather people are unemployable. I personally come across such situations when it is difficult to find good candidates. Even candidates don't want to work in outskirts or in small cities whether the business house is big or small. Either they want job in their home town or in Metro Cities specially girls.
The education level is too poor, now the graduates merely have the knowledge of matric pass and there is no job for simple graduates except few supervisory or sales job. Distance Learning Programs proves to be merely tool to get a degree. More than 60% graduate have no computer knowledge even in this era and those having knowledge of computers, mostly don't know typing.
Except some reputed private and government colleges, 90% private college are producing bogus B.Tech / MBA students.
