"I worked with a company for around 12 months(Dec2010-Dec2011) and recently joined another company. Am i eligible for annual bonus from my previous company now?for the period of Apr2011-Nov2011 ??
I have recieved annual bonus in march 2011(for 3 months ie., from dec2010-mar-2011)?
If yes what are the forms and formalities that i need to fill.
Please guide me in this."

Bonus is in FY and it is to be disbursed before Nov. In your case, the balance bonus is due in Nov 11 or before. Check the period, you have wrongly mentioned (Dec 10 - Dec 11) Pon
