I'm employed with an MNC its BPO division and dealing with EXits...
The format used by thr compny is pretty fina and has been giving good results...but i want to add something new to it...
it ask the queations like
Reason for leave:
how do employee feel of the org etc etc..
But what i want is how to make the Exit more interesting(both for employee and employers) and useful for (employers in terms of feedback)
what data i should try to capture...
i'm trying a bit but donot wanat exit exit to happen as jus a formality...
