Now I am preparing training manual for staff of company. I have done, but just only based on the proposal of each Manager ..
How can we set our training manual based on the competence of each job scope ?

Dear Luong,

Employee training is conducted to bring about organisational change. In many companies, though employee training is conducted, the effects are not visible or tangible because the focus is on the individual and not on the organisation. Occasionally, there are cases wherein although an individual was changed, the organisational change could not be brought about. Therefore, while designing the training manual, you must keep this fact in mind.

The training manual describes the process for conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), preparation of the training calendar, and execution of the training programmes. Here most important part of proper TNA because if TNA were to go wrong, training efforts could be in vain. Earlier, I gave my comprehensive reply on TNA and why employee training is conducted. Refer to the link, go through the reply, and prepare the training manual.
