Me and my colleague was only 2 persons on back office for leading real estate group which was recently started on September for NRI's, we were supporting at the back end from one company in Bangalore since September month, the thing is we are not getting salary on time from this company for 2 months ie Sept and Oct we were getting through check by 10 th to 15th and this month we don't know whether we will get or not also we are mentally and physically stressed.
So we planned of absconding after we get salary. Meanwhile we escalated to HR, Project Manager and Accounts too but nobody responded to this issue properly. Kindly advice what will be the effect if we abscond after we get salary?

Do not abscond. Quit officially after getting your salary. You have not worked for too long in this company. You can even boldly state that payment is not given in time and you find it difficult.

Dear Friend,
Salary is very sensitive issues for all employees and source of livelihood. Its the duty of the employer to disburse salary on time. Before tat you can have word with your management and if nothing happens then I would advice the day your salary is credited in your account ( not the day you receive the cheque) you may put down your paper and discuss the same with your management stating the issues you are facing.
As you have mentioned you may not receive clearance and service letter, so you may show your account statement to your future employer and try to convince mentioning the situation you have and reasoned you quit your previous job. Hope your employer will understand.
