Dear Sadhna as per rules EL will be 1 EL for every 20 days worked. More over the it changes between companies. Some companies offers even more EL but should not be lesser than the Act. Regards

Dear Sood,
There is no such formula for yearly calculation of Privileged leaves. But under Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954,
it is 5 days of leave for every completed 4 months of continuous service. In some companies it is generally 1 leave for every completed 20 days of continues service and more sometimes. The EL/PL are not constant for all companies. It differs from industry to industry.
