I worked in a private polytechnic college 11 years continuously without any break,i was relieved by management by mentioning relieved due to administrative reasons in the relieving letter in a college letter pad ,is it is possible to claim the gratuity for 11 years if possible explain the way to claim the gratuity.
i already received the pf amount.
is employee eligible for pf and gratuity.
or any one of the above.
is any forms to claim the gratuity from employer.
if employer reject to pay the gratuity what is the procedure to claim.
expecting the reply,
kindly help me.

Hi Sagunavarshini
you can apply through form I or else by simple application wherein mention your DOJ and DOL.
for 2nd query if employer rejects gratuity claim then you can approach Controlling Authority of that area ie Labour commissioner office for same.

Hi Sugunvarshini You send a notice from Asst Labour Commissioner,s office thru an advocate.Then you will get it. ALC is the Controlling authority for gratuity.

It is advisable to claim gratuity from College, if they do not reply within 30 days,make application to Labour commissioner of your area. He is the atuhority.

Yes You are eligible for Gratuity ...send application them with concerned of Gratuity if they will do not reply within stipulated time period . you can sue against them in labor court for Gratuity
