I resigned from my previous company 1.6years ago. Due to some personal and health issues, I couldn't go to work for 1 year. Later when I tried for job major problem all the recruiters where pointing was my career gap. So i made a fake experience certificate and applied for two for job. But I didn't get any offer from them, then I didn't use those fake certificates anywhere else... Now I have got a job when they do background verification will they get to know about the fake experience certificate I made and will that be a problem.

Dear Sujeesh,
You say that a career gap og 1.6 years was hindrance in getting a job. To overcome this challenge, you had faked a experience letter. However, the fake letter was of no use as even with the fake letter also you did not get a job.
Now your query is that you have got a job and will the fake letter create problem in future. However, you have not clarified whether you have got the existing job by using fake letter or not.
If you have not used the fake letter to get the present job then well and good. The past attempts of acquiring job with the fake letter are of no consequence. However, if you have used then it could not create a problem in future. This is because imitation is always feeble and when it can tatter that cannot be said.
