First of all I appreciate your interest in learning SAP HR module.
See my dear friend there are some websites which can provide basic information and FAQs on SAP however you need to learn it at an Institute if not at a real time SAP HR consultant becase thats how you can learn practical senarios.
If you take payroll there are two types Indian and International those you can't learn and run the payroll on your own. All other sub modules have got their own problems.
So best option is look out for a real time consultant otherwise look out for your friends who are looking for the same. Work together thats how you can learn.
At the end of the day it your turn so take your best opinion.

hi the best thing you can do is, go to a local institute, install SAP in your computer and learn inthe class and practice in your computer, you can then pick up very fast. regards

hi...........i have one doubt...as i am a fresher just now i joined one mnc is it good for me to do sap now. because i heared like that, going for sap without having experience is not god....
