I am working as an HR Executive and Corporate Affairs in an IT Co. I have finished my MBA in 2006 Aug. And I have a total experience of 8.5 months in HR. I want to study further but only by distance learning. Kindly suggest me the options either I can do SAP HR Module or Phd. in HR? Also send me the list of institutions from where I can pursue.
I shall be very thankful to you If You can guide me the right path for my future growth.

Hi Babita..
Doing PHD in HR is a good to increase your domain knowledge..
But it would be more better if you further pursue some expertise courses..
Like Training expertise, Payroll.. or definitely SAP HR Module is also good for future development of your career.
The institutes for Training and Development is at Delhi itself. It provides distance learning course of Diploma in Training and development.
