Hi All, I am Sumit Gupta, first year MBA student from a reputed B-school in Delhi. As part of my curriculum, I have to submit a report on "Grievance Management Systems". It would be great if someone could guide me in what process/structure should I follow in my report. I wanted to study the system in a few organizations in delhi and then add my inputs, but the problem is I am not able to find organizations which have a structured grievance mgmt system. If anyone can direct me to any such organization, it would be very helpful. I am also working on a questionnaire which I can send to my friends in different organizations to get information on the system that is being followed in their organization. Sumit, My company has canned Grievance Management System and/ or a Discipline Handling Procedure. Unfortunately, we are not giving this out for FREE. We are selling it because this is part of our Manuals For Sale. It is our business. If you have budget, please get in touch.
