the concept of HR scorecard is related to performance of HR in specific organization. It check the eficiency & efectiveness of HR in the org. means u creat a scale & according to your result u give the number of HR. that how much HR contribute for the org. so it is good for u that u should use concept of HR audit which help u to find out that what is the status of HR at present time i also prepare one Questionnair about HR AUDIT & already post it in HR cite u used it

HR scorecard is a measurement tool (set of metrics) that measures HR initiatives and specifies HR contribution in numbers. Eg. in recruitment, measuring the Turn Around Time (lead time in days) for every new recruit, or , measuring the productivity of each employee -->Revenue/employee etc.. It shows us what value add has HR done to the corporate goals. It helps HR become a strategic partner by adding value!
