Dear seniors,
Currently I am working with an IT Telecom company having employee strength 30+ which I joined 6 month back this company is not providing salary slip to employees and paying salary in chq. But from last 2- 3 months this company has started paying salary in cash instated of chq. Now I am in worry, if I want to change my job and if next company ask me for pay slip or something as proof of my salary then what do I do.
Seniors please guide me.
Regards,

You can demand Salary Slip from the Company, also it is advisable to deposit the cash in Bank every month so there is a track of the cash deposits. You can also demand Salary Certificate, moreover your appointment Letter must be having the Salary details, which is sufficient. If there is any hike in salary, you can ask for Increment Letter too.

Aparna Chavan,
Some companies are not providing salary slips every months but If you need slary slip for any reason you can ask your HR person to provide. THe employer have to provide salary slip for last 3 months at least.
At the time of Separation usually company provides last 3 months salary so no need to worry about, as well as you may demand salary certificate at any time as said By Saji. Company is liable to provide all supported documents whenever required.
