At any given time, max 6 employees ( under regular salary ) are deployed in different on going construction sites and work is done. Supervisor - Per day Rs. 810/-, Month Rs.21060/-
Skilled -Per day Rs. 797/- Month Rs. 20722/-
Semi-Skilled Per day Rs .779/- Month Rs. 20254/-
Un skilled Per day Rs. 659/- Month Rs. 17134/-
Please confirm whether this rule is in force. Also, whether the pay indicated is the nett pay or Gross pay from which we have to deduct ESI & PF. Thanks in advance ..
