Please find attached a copy of the Tamil Nadu Government's Gazette Notification on Minimum Wages for Shops and Establishments. It clearly specifies the minimum wage applicable to workers engaged in loading and unloading in Pandagasalai, Warehouse, Godown, and Store Room.
Given that workers in logistics companies are primarily involved in loading and unloading, as well as working in warehouses, godowns, and store rooms, the minimum wage set by the Tamil Nadu Government for Shops and Establishments will apply to employees of logistics companies in Tamil Nadu.
