It should contain following in brief.
I. Introduction of Project
II. Introduction of Company
III. Research Methodology
IV. Detailed Analysis of Project
V. Conclusions
VI. References / Bibliography
Detailed analysis of all above should be in final project report.

I wonder why you have left it so late, when you should, and would, have known about the need to submit a project report months in advance. Please see my posts on Research Methodology and MBA Projects.
The requirement of a synopsis depends upon the institution; some places one-page submission will do.
