Rs 8000 per month is a salary which is less than minimum wages notified by the government. For such a small amount of salary what salary break up do you expect? Why should there be a salary break up when the salary is less than the minimum wages? What is the legality in breaking up salary which is less than the statutory salary? There is no need to break up a salary of, say 8000 rupees, but pay it as a consolidated amount. Anyway, even if you break it up for fancy, for all legal requirements the salary would be the whole salary only. Most of the statutory coverages would start only when your number of employees become at least 10. Till then you should continue with the present system. Once you start paying more than the statutory wages then the additional amount can be put under some allowances.
