With India we are growing,everything is now online and digital, corporate inc.specially has changed a lot with the use of modern digital technology etc, so is the case with government and its systems.Most of the departments of government has started working online.It seems everything is going to be fair and transparent.I am happy to see the change and the way we are going ahead and progressing to be one of the great countries on the world Map.Unfortunately I am still surprised that the effect of so called technology in terms of benefit to employees at bottom level is not seen.Still it takes lot of time for the poor employee to get his pf settled or esic issues settled.When it comes to wages and earning still there remains a huge bargain in the market to buy talent at lowest cost and exploit them.Corporate inc.has the huge responsibility to respect talent, generate talent and retain talented employees.We look at the things in business perspective and profit making deals and hence the talent and its development suffers at times.Hr fraternity in most of the cases looks forward to provide all the support to business and most of us look at our job as a responsibility towards company and therefore fear loosing our own job, hence dare not to work beyond the management decision..But as a HR we have all the responsibility to give best of the talent to our company, encourage and sustain such talents and generate more opportunities for the talented to grow themselves and in turn to the company. Having said all this, I feel like to ask that are we really growing together with the nation? Are our employees at bottom level (especially Employees from unorganized sector) are truly considered in this growth and development race?Do we really have to look back in to our education system?
