PIP to non performer
Hi All, We have to issue the PIPs to employees who are non performer So, we give hard copy of letter to employees as well send them email for the acknowledgement also. But sometimes employees denied to accept PIP letter and refuse to acknowledgement on email also. In that case what should be the draft of the letter where the PIP is considered valid even without acknowledgement.
Awaiting for the suggestions.
Thanks

You can send communication for PIP to concerned staff member through e-mail. PIP intimation letter is not a notice of termination. If you are very particular about acknowledgement, you have options in e-mail such as "read receipt"(e-mails sent through outlook.com), so that you will know the concerned staff has read your e-mail.
