Dear Mr. Keshav
Buying training material is an easy task but you cannot use the same to train either students or employees. You need to present based on your understanding proportional to clients requirements.
As such there are NO FREEZE MODULES available in SOFT SKILLS but, modules are defined/based on BASIC ETHICS(PROFESSIONAL) & CORPORATE WORK CULTURE. Search using GOOGLE, you'll find relevant information.
Write to me, if you have further queries to be solved.
With profound regards

Nobody will give you such modules, off the shelf... People like me, read books on topics, do research in internet, take points and then develop modules. It means lot of efforts. I develop my own role play sessions depending upon target audience, their education, skill and knowledge levels.
You cant think of becoming a softskill trainer overnight just because I am sending you material. It takes years of training, knowledge, skills to become one. A Trainer should be very good in communication and presentation skills. One should become a voracious reader of all kinds of material, may be science subjects philosophy, mythology, may be even hindu, christian and other religious material, so that when you talk to the participant, you share lot of things happening around you. You cannot simply read out something from powerpoint presentations conduct some exercise and then walk out !

The main reason why I agree with NK Sundaram and Shaik Abdul Kahir is, that especially in soft skills training the critical succes factor is: THE PASSION AND PRESENCE OF THE TRAINER. You can learn that, but not through modules, not even by reading books. It requires doing, being and getting feedback.......
Look for a good coach in your neighbourhood that could be your role model.............
Good luck

I would suggest you first do some training to learn to be a Trainer.
Once you have completed that training, you will then know how to conduct a training needs analysis and design a training program to meet those needs.
Every organisation and every individual is different. Training needs to be structured to meet the needs of the organisation, not a one size fits all solution. That never works.

Hi Prashant,
To get material is easy, just type it on Google and you would be amazed to find great stuff. But that's the whole problem, as all our contemporaries have listed them out here
  • First you wont have confidence as the material is not yours.
  • second you would not feel satisfied as the required hard work would also be missing. Its like cheating in exams and getting great marks or studying really hard and just passing, we all know that the satisfaction provided by the later is way above the former it has happened with us all.
  • Third and the most critical aspect is to carve a place for self we have to be original, people remember copy cats as copy cats only.
The best part of this field is that you have enough space to carve a niche for yourself.

Dear all,
Thanks for you kind and frank suggestion. I will pay heed to all of your suggestion. Ready made material will form as base to do customization as per the target audience . This was the whole idea behind readymade module.
