I am right now working as a center in charge of an educational institution.
I am very keen on starting off with a business of my own . I posses 7 years of working in the same institution , education wise I am an Diploma holder.
I would like to know how to aquire the projects required to start off with a small domestic call center OR would it be wise to take a franchise of an existing call center. kindly guide me.
