Can anyone please help us to below salary break up .
Candidate’s total salary is Rs 90.0 Lakh per Annum(Before TaX and Deductible),include fixed par Rs 80.0Lakh per Annum, and Rs 10.0Lakh as flexible pay based on KPI.
Can I calculate HRA 45%? and Basic 45%? I have took only 3 components of HRA45%,Basic45% and special allowance . is this right?
Can I include all medical reimbursement ,conveyance in special allowance ? if yes please provide me 7th pay rules and regulations copy.
