Dear Rujul,
Thanks for sharing the presentation on the stress management. While sharing knowledge is noble activity, sharing experience of the implementation of the knowledge is nobler.
In view of this, would you mind to tell us whether you had organised or conducted the training on stress management for the staff of your company. Training, whether organised or conducted, what was the stress before and after the training? Has workplace productivity been increased because of the stress reduction? What challenges participants faced challenges in the implementation of learning and how did they overcome it?
Essence of the pudding lies in eating goes the famous saying. Let me tweak the saying and write essence of the pudding of the pudding does not lie in smelling but eating!. By sharing the PPT of your training, you have just given the smell of the training. By sharing experience of implementation of the training, you would be serving dish to the members of your fraternity!
Thanks,

The points are wonderful. But to make it effective, we have to learn be diplomatic in work , learn to manage our own priorities without hurting or conflicting with other people involved in the work, and empower ourselves/ develop a personality/ aptitude/ attitude, so that we are listened to seriously
The PPT gives valuable points. Ours is to inculcate them and develop ourselves consciously by analysing The process is time consuming. Once we are conscious about the origin of stress, we can certainly be stress free to a large extent.
Thanks
