I presume your contractor have employee register with all details of the contractual and that he has a valid licence.
Apart from that, all registers in accordance to section 15 to 22 needs to be maintained.
Half yearly returns to be submitted within the specified timeline.
Evidence for remittance of PF dues along with WC or ESIC (whichever is applicable) needs to be maintained.

Contractor is compiling statutory norms, but i need documentation part of contract worker needs to followed at our establishment level, like application for employment, commitment letter, Normination Form, Form F ( Gratuity ) etc., on behalf of contractor.
