Iam from chennai and iam running a civil contract business .I am now forced to apply for ESI and PF for the future project.So can any one say me what is the formalities for the ESI and PF.Should i need to get labour contract license first for getting ESI and PF.If so what is the procedure for Getting the labour contract license .
