I had worked in an e-commerce company for 26 months and after when I left the company after providing proper notice period, the company told me to wait for 90 days to get the full n final amount settled. After 90 days when I started calling them, they ignored my calls, given me false dates and keep on doing this and currently not replying any of my mails regarding the full n final amount settlement. Moreover, for this 26 months they keep on deducting the PF from my salary and when I wen to PF website to check my balance it says "incorrect entry" (whenever I entered my PF account number provided to me by the company). I keep on asking them for my PF amount but I didn't received any reply from them.
I left the company on July, 2013 and its been 1 year I didn't received my full n final settlement as well as my PF amount.
Even when I was working with them, they didn't provided me salary for around 6 to 7 months.
Please suggest what should I do to recover my earnings.
