I have read all the related posts to this topic, but couldn't get a correct answer to my query. We are an IT firm in Kerala which comes under shops and establishment act. We work 5 days a week. As per Shops and establishment act, the company should give 12 CL, 12 SL and 12 EL. But since we are having 2 weekly Offs, what is the minimum number of leaves that the company can give?
