I have raised epf transfer from my previous company to current company but my transfer claim was rejected stating that I am eps member as per miss but employer didn't paid eps so I have contacted my previous company and submit the EPS Contribution Rectification Letter and Form-3A for EPS correction. To the pf office but pf office asked for acknowledgment letter.
Now pf office is asking for indemnity bond so i have informed same to my previous company but they said that they didn't provide any indemnity bond however they asked me to submit notarised copy to pf office but i don't know how to do that even my previous company also don't know the format for notarised copy.
Can anyone help me with format or any sample document to prepare the notarised copy of indemnity bond.
