Hello Iam tejesh working as HR I want some points about Transport policy for the employee,which will be provided by company..

Staff Bus policy may cover the following items. I hope this facility is for bringing employee to office and back.
1. Route for each bus and the starting time of the bus.
2. Bus should run only through main road not to any bifurcation to side road or lane.
3. Employee will walk few minutes to reach at schedule bus stop location.
4. Every employee must reach bus stop 5 minutes prior to actual time.
5. Logic of the timing will be such that bus should reach at office at least 5 minutes earlier than the schedule office starting time.
6. If the bus did not report or break down during journey, the communication to be made amongst bus passengers from starting point passengers and the left out passengers from the point of breakdown.
7. The agreement between transport provider and the organization should be such that in case of any failure of service or breakdown, proportionately that day service charge will be deducted from the transporter's invoice.
8. Employee should be advised to come by route transport - Bus/train/auto/taxi etc. as will be finalised by the organization and the amount should be reimbursed to employees.
9. In case of more failure ( maximum 3 per month ) , there should be some penal clause for the transporters.
10. Buses will leave from the office after at least 5 minutes of closing of the office.
11. Any other clause as the organization think fit.
