In my organisation as a HR I got stuck at one issue that is one of my BOD is sending very rude mails without any reason and his behaviour on the floor also in a very rude manner and from last 1.5yrs no attrition in our company and because of this attrition started and i am not getting how should i convey the information to him directly .
I approached other BODs also but they are also not in the position to take an action. Can anyone help me how should i represent it.
And can anyone please share me HR Plan for the floor.

Dear Ramya,
What is the full-form of BOD? Whom this person reports to? How comes rudeness of one of the BODs was not brought to the light of the seniors? Does his rudeness has sanction from the top authorities? What is the performance level of this person? Does this person have bloated sense of achievement in his job?
Since rude behaviour is the cause of the employee attrition, has it been reflected in the exit interview of the employee? Do you conduct exit interview at all?
Now at this stage, I recommend you having meeting with the MD or senior authority of the company. In the meeting tell him that in the process of exit interview, the resigning employees have divulged how this BOD insulted them. In their verbal feedback, they have told about the insensitiveness of the BOD.
After having the meeting with the MD, let us see what happens. If he takes action, then well and good. Otherwise, we need to search some other option!
Thanks,
