Hello Rajesh,
Introducing IntelliTuts as a solution is a great idea. However, there may be certain critical areas one needs to look into from an implementation point of view in the e-learning world.
Contrary to the statements in your attachments, I am under the impression that you need to look in the following points:
1. One of the elements in e-learning is interaction. Here there is no action enabled interaction for the end user on screen. How can it be justified if the end user is viewing the tutorial or sleeping through it at the Organizations expense?
2. The second and most important function in e-learning is end user tracking of course/class completions. If there are 5 people viewing the course/class session, how can the system track 5 users under one log in ID. This will enable an inappropriate MIS.
3. Internet is the key requirement here.
a. What does the end user do in the event of no internet availability and the timing of learning is critical?
b. If the files can be accessed via internet, then what is the governance of data restrictions on such a platform?
c. The end user has to follow up on answers to queries via an android phone. Why?
4. Cost of implementation includes: Computers, Internet Connectivity, Server Cost (hosting), etc.
5. In a real time classroom, a trainer writes on the whiteboard or flipchart with fonts that are legible.
a. In your attachment the screen shot of the smart board the presenter is using shows writing that is not legible. Thus making it difficult for the end user.
b. You may also want to note that the presenter in your Demo used the statement, quote "Bacche, time pe aana". How can the presenter use such a statement in a virtual recording?
c. The presenter in the demo is giving an example of INR 8,00,000 but using $ sign.
d. Use of Hindi and English. Should'nt the concentration be in one language?
Therefore the quality of the trainer needs to be of high importance.
These are some areas I feel that need to be looked into if I was the end user.

Really appreciate your observations. While most of your points are valid and highlight one key point about the presentation that we should have had a disclaimer somewhere about the training content and the trainer. (We shall make that amendment). The trainer and his contents actually belong to a client of ours and we have zero control over what and how is being taught. The choice of language is a factor of who the target audience is. The training is part of a coaching session to ICWA final students where not everybody can connect properly to a single language (probably). Some students cannot apprehend if the whole lecture was in English only. Most students from UP, Rajasthan and Bihar prefer this language of teaching.
When the faculty is commenting to students about coming on time, the fact is that our platform enables a conventional classroom to go live where there are students physically present at the faculty's end as well. This has its own pros since the training is being delivered in its most natural form and there is no extra effort involved from the faculty.
I must add here that all technology based teaching solutions cannot be applied to all situations. Technology based virtual classroom is an enabler and a tool to be used effectively by the trainers. Any tool is only as good as the user of the tool and this is valid for technological interventions particularly in the software domain. Also I always believe it will be the hybrid model which should work in most situations. There is a part of training which is one-way delivery of concepts which can easily be done in e-learning mode. The interactivity of the students in our case is through a text-chat, which comes up in live sessions. In deferred-live sessions the query handling is also offline over emails to faculty.
We are about to launch a feature where the student can ask questions over his Andriod mobile phone in audio-video form which can be responded to by the faculty in similar fashion and this leads to a video-based FAQs around the training programme, which again can be monetized depending upon the intellect and wisdom being shared in those Q$A sessions. As a training specialist yourself, I am sure you would understand the value of intellect that you transfer to your participants.
We do get generate a report of the contents accessed by different users (an MIS). Mulitple logins are not allowed, so that answers all your queries. And last but not the least, more detailed usage pattern and assessments etc can be done through an LMS where IntelliTuts can be integrated.
Yes, any web-based learning would require internet connectivity but here again there are innovative ways to circumvent that short-coming. We can take this discussion offline in case other members find this boring. Comments invited from one and all.
