Query regarding esicESICimplementation
There is a provision of applicability of the act in each act.
Initially, one company was covered under gram panchayat jurisdiction, so the establishment is exempted from the ESIC. Now establishment has been covered under Nagar Palika/urban development authority.
Query pertains to applicability of the ESIC, whether ESIC corporation shall notify the establishment or act automatically applies to the respective establishment?

Dear Colleague,
ESI Scheme is extended to different places by notification in the official gazette by mentioning the Revenue Village name etc. Generally their notification gives clear picture and you may check with your nearest ESI Regional Office with your Village / Revenue District Details etc for clarity

Can you put your question in a more clear manner?
I am not able to understand what your problems really is.
Are you expecting that ESIC will put a notification specifically naming your factory? That is not how it works. They notifiy a district at a time (in many states they have just notified the whole state) and as long as your area is covered, you are required to pay ESIC.
Incidentally, putting posts in all capital is considered as shouting and is rude. Please avoid that.
