Hi,
I had given the interview with big MNC (CMMI Level 5), I considered myself i been selected for the position because i have filled Employee Background verification and Employee Details forms. In HR round salary disussion is done and HR suppose to be rolled out my offer letter in a couple of days but now its been alomost 20 days still i did not receive any offer letter nor call, when i ask to HR regarding this following are the reply i got.
1) Will revert in a day’s time.
2) You will get a call today and will close it by tomorrow.
After all this i sent following mail to HR but i did not receive any response yet for this.
Dear Sir,
If you are planing for not to hire me or position is closed please let me know, so that i can move with my further opportunities. Its been almost 20 days i am stuck up here i am unable to make my next move.

What does the above statements sense? Am i rejected or hold? what am i suppose to do next?

From the above statements from HR, it is amply clear that your case is under process
and would like to advise you to wait patiently tilll you receive an offer.
From the mail you sent, it could be inferred that you are impatient, and would suggest
that such type of impression should not be conveyed to a prospective employer.

In really large organisations, decision making process can be slow. However, to be fair, it is also wrong on company's part to tell u that they will get back to u in a day and keeping it pending for 20 days.
Are they even acknowledging ur mails?
I think u should paralelly start looking out elsewhere, and hope for the best.

U can write to them in earnest, to give u some clarity for ur candidature- so u can move on.
Did u happen to take contact numbers of any of ur recruiters? Contact them and explain ur condition. U dont have to mention abt other offers; but the fact still remains that once u have a clarity- whether it's a yes or no u can plan for ur future accordingly. Drive these points home.
