I would like to know if in MNC's BPS companies HR can blacklist a candidate on NASSCOM, and is it possible for HR to write their own comments.

For background verification, does HR use NASSCOM data if the candidate has been registered with them?

What role does NASSCOM Skill Registry data play in background verification and other processes?
