I have a doubt in Employee verification. While doing employee verification in the previous organization will they ask about the salary details??? Suppose, if it is been asked in the verification is HR of the previous organization have rights to disclose the salary of a another person(previous employee) without the knowledge of him???? I need all your suggestion in this....

I dont think that anybody would answer such a call.......... i.e anybody wouldnt disclose someone’s salary........:!::icon10:

The HR might disclose when he / she gets a mail from the organization or from the Vendor doring ref check and it differs from case to case. In my experience I have come across two cases during ref check where the employee prepared a forged document on Salary details.
