Execution to the all site activities
Study of drawing, Specification and BOQ highlighting discrepancies to superior
Planning and indenting daily requirement of Labor and equipment for construction
Guiding Site Engineers and supervisors
Reporting to Superior officer for daily progress
Maintain all records required for the bill certification
Reporting to the Head office for daily progress
Should have thorough knowledge on survey matters and its documentation
Preparing of work schedule for the structure execution
Preparing Bar Bending Schedule for the all Civil Structure
Checking of Shuttering, steel and other machinery before concreting
Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Program and Achieve in Progress as per Specification
Construction in Co-Ordinate Supervision to Labor and Sub Contractor
Planning to Project of Calculation Manpower and Machineries
Supervising to Other Sub-Contractor and their Checking Working
Interacting with the Client Engineer, Owner, Sub- Contractors and their labors
Estimating the Quantities & preparing bill to the Contractors and Clients
Sub Contractor allocation & Labor allocation as per the Construction program.
Calculation of Materials, Man power and Machineries requirement for the project
Supervising the job with superior Quality along with other Sub ordinates to the entire satisfaction of client and Consultants
Studying in Drawing and Lay outing of Manhole Location, Marking
Checking invert level, sloping
Survey for the Distribution Water Resource Line as per Drawing
Lay outing and Marking
Take out the NGL (Natural Ground Level) and find out of IL (Invert Level) as per site Condition
Preparation of Earth Work Quantity, Sand Bedding Quantity and Client Bills
Preparation of Drawing and Detailed Estimate
Lay outing and Marking of Building areas.
Supervision to Sub-contractor and Labors
Preparation of Sub-Contractor bills, Client bills and Progress Report.
(II) Designation: Safety officer
Vacancy: 1 No.
Qualification: Diploma in industrial safety from recognised institution (or) PG.D.H.S.E, MBA (Safety management) with 4 - 5 Yrs. Exp.
Age: Below 30 Yrs.
Gender: Male
Req. Communication skills: Hindi, Telugu and English
Job location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh

Key responsibilities & duties:
Implement safety committee, safety audit, safety training and meetings
Maintain and apply Factories Act 1948, (Health, Safety, Environment) rules & regulations and other legal rules
Sustain safety and health policy and procedures
Inspect and audit to identify non -compliance
Conduct safety promoting / Motivational program
Ensure safety induction training is given for all workmen working at site
Identify the unsafe conditions, unsafe actions and ensure the compliance of same within the agreed time lines
Ensure the employees are using protective equipments, following safety procedures to carry out work safely and caution them about the potential hazards in their work
Monitor all current information on regulation and requirements related to hazardous
Investigates and evaluates new safety equipment for appropriateness
Responds and provides assistance to all emergency situations
Attend meeting to keep up-to-date on new safety methods and procedures to applicable regulations or to maintain required level of certification
Maintaining Health safety Records and certifications files and reporting status on a regular basis.

Encourage and educate employees to take precautions and adhere to safety rules to protect themselves and the equipment they use from Damage.
Handle all Safety related issues at site.
Issue and ensure work permit for all hazardous work

Ensure all Fire Protection facilities are maintained properly with checklist, format
Review all injuries and assist incident investigation and report to superiors
Inspect the work site daily to report and correct the unsafe methods
Keep a permanent record of all injuries, fires, motor vehicle accidents (MVAs), property damage and crane / heavy equipment accidents which have occurred at the site.
Identify best practice and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices and culture.
