The questions that will be posed by the HR Manager will be of dynamic.
Normally, questions will be followed based on the answers that give and they will be to know the information about family background, friends circle, circumstances how you grown-up, your behavior with previous organisations and your attitude etc.
Any company wants an employee to do works as follows:
a) To generate the income ( key positions like Business Development, Sales, Marketing)
b) To support their system while generating the income ( common services).
In both case, they do not want anybody just join the screw their business. they need sincerity, honesty, hardworking, loyalty and gratitude towards management and job ethics - which means not fully business minded.
all the above things will reveal while attending the interview since the guy who takes interview can easily assess your actual nature and suitability to the required job despite your are strong in your profession. The technical interview is separate and HR interview is separate.
So, you should assess yourself that you are suitable for the Category A or Category B and prepare for the interview. Also note that you can prepare for the technical interview but not for HR interview since your default nature can not be changed at the time of talking to somebody.
