The idea is good but the concept is incorrect. You can discuss the topics and exchange your ideas but it should not happen as if it is exchanging of assignments. If at all you exchange pl see that you are learning the depth of the subject. That's only my worry. Hope you can understand. I don't know how much I can help you based on my time but with your collection and with a better debate, discussion and experience, you can do justice to your education.

Acutallly my colleague is some query hereunder for herself and she is from 2001 batch..

Please be apprised that I was pursuinjg PGDBA in HRD from your esteemed institution. My Roll NO. is 01/PGDBA-C/125398 (enrolled in 2001).
I have cleared 18 papers out of 20 papers of my syllabus. I have submitted my all assignments too.
Further I had requested to extension also which was provided by yourgoodself.
My last attempt was Nov-Dec 2006. But i could not able to clear 2 papers : -
1. Financial Management
2. Managerial Economics
My sincere request to your goodself that is there any feasibility to appear in my left 2 papers in order to complete my PGDBA course.
Kindly guide."
Is there any procedure for that, as she has invested her time, money. Having good experience in HR now she is working as HR Executive and without this diploma you know she has nothing to show... Her experience is nothing, she has knowledge but you can think that without diploma/degree our experience is 50%.. If there is any procedure that deposite registration fees again, and could she give exams on-line with some other batch..
If possible pl. reply positively so that once professional life could not be come at end. Treat it simpathitically for one's career.. she will very greatful to us if you please do something in this matter.
