Greetings for the day!
We started paying monthly contribution from our branch office (online ) from June 2012. All contribution prior to this were paid online but from our head office ESIC log in ID in Pune.
My query is how do I submit the half yearly return from April to September 2012.
I know that I will have to submit the return to the ESIC Office since I have not paid monthly contribution for the month of April and May from branch office ESIC ID. but should I show contribution made in month of April and May since I have not made this payment here, it was made in head office ?

Dear Trupti ji,
What I understood that, from June 2012 onwards you have stated making ESI compliance under sub-code allotted to your branch office at Bangalore. Prior to June 2012 the compliance is made from your main code allotted to your HO at Pune.
You need not to submit half yearly return since you have made online compliance.

yes u have to be submit esic half yearly for this period april to sept 12, bcoz june 12 onward started ur esic contribution and june, july, aug & sept 12 four month contribution u will done right.
More one thing ESIC half yearly no need to submit due to online system.

Thank you for your valuable response.
But I feel my RC will not be created online as I have not submitted monthly challan for the month of April and May from branch office login ID. Instead my head office has aubmitted it from their ID.

Dear Abhijit,
when I click view RC , It comes as You have not filed Contribution for Apr-2012, May-2012, Aug-2012, Sep-2012 RC Cannot be generated.
And after I file contribution of Aug and Sep. It will come as You have not filed Contribution for Apr-2012, May-2012 hence RC Cannot be generated.
