Hi, My background verification has failed please suggest me a solution, here are the details. I have recently resigned from an organization in a very short tenure and trying to join cognizant.
I can't provide from 16 to the new employer immediately as it will generate after the end of the financial year.
Also, my current organization is an exempted PF and its PF is maintained by trust and not by EPFO. But the BGV team is asking for an EPFO PF statement which I don't have.
Please suggest to me some solution on this.

Dear Rohit Patil,

The reasons for the failure of the Background Verification (BGV) are not clear. You can submit a bank statement to prove that you received a salary from a particular organisation. Secondly, if there is a PF trust, then you may go back to the ex-company and ask them to provide a certificate that provides details of the PF trust.

Nevertheless, both the grounds do not appear to be genuine. What if the candidate does not work in a company that provides a PF facility? Does it mean that Cognizant will not hire such persons?

Thanks,
